The quickest and easiest way to request a repeat prescription is through one of the online services supported by Moulton Medical Centre.

Requests for repeat prescriptions should be in writing. Drop your repeat slip in the designated box in reception having clearly marked the items required.
Collecting your repeat prescription medication
Please help us to support all our patients by collecting your medication between the following times - Monday to Friday:
08.00 - 12.00 & 13.30 - 18.00
Dispensary Services
All patients who are registered with the practice for dispensing services can obtain all their prescriptions from the surgery.
Requesting new/alternative/additional medication
If you require additional, new or alternative medication - even if you have had these before for a similar complaint, please call the Practice between 8.00-11.00 Mon-Fri to discuss with one of our GP's, as we cannot dispense new medication without a consultation.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow FIVE full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
