GP or Other Clinician Appointments
If you need to speak to or see a clinician for a new or ongoing medical issue, please submit your request online using the link Contact us about your request - Accurx Patient Portal) or through the NHS App.
If you’re not confident using online forms, please contact the Surgery as usual. Our Reception Team will guide you through the process. They will ask a few questions to ensure you are directed to the most appropriate clinician.
Please provide as much detail as possible in your Accurx form. This helps our clinicians understand your concern and manage your request effectively.
All requests are triaged by our doctors, so Reception cannot book GP slots directly. After reviewing your form, our clinicians may:
- Send a text message with advice or guidance
- Call you by telephone
- Arrange a face-to-face appointment if needed
While you can request a preferred callback time, this may not always be possible due to clinical demand.
Admin requests should also be submitted online where possible, or at the new Reception Desk.
Thank you to all our patients for your ongoing support as we introduce these changes. Moving requests online helps improve access, manage demand, and support better patient care.
Nurse Appointments
If you have been asked to book a blood test or require a vaccination, you can get in touch with us by calling the practice. Our reception team will help you get booked in with the relevant clinician.
