We are pleased to announce that Moulton Medical Centre has been awarded a 4-star Quality Award through the Quality Early Warning Score (QEWS) programme, delivered by the Lincolnshire ICB Primary Care Quality Team.
The QEWS tool supports practices to highlight the high-quality care they currently provide, while also helping to shape future quality aspirations across key domains, including Safe, Effective,
Responsive, Caring, Equitable, Well-led, and Sustainable.
QEWS also identifies areas where further quality improvement may be beneficial. Where this is the case, the Primary Care Quality Team works collaboratively with practices to provide support
and guidance, ensuring that QEWS outcomes reflect the National Quality Board (NQB) quality expectations.
This achievement reflects the dedication and hard work of our team in delivering quality care to our patients, as well as our commitment to continuous improvement. We are proud that this award highlights both the excellent care we currently provide and our ongoing ambition to enhance services for our community.
